4. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We try our absolute best to make sure all descriptions are accurate but want to mention weights and sizes and colours can vary by small amounts. The reason being when we buy material to make our products the weight (grams per m) of the material can sometimes vary by a few percent between batches of material. This is fairly common in fabrics. Therefore we can’t guarantee every weight is 100% correct – but as mentioned above we try to make sure they are as accurate as possible. There is also the possibility of very slight colour variations occasionally and the colours on our website may also vary from the actual product in person (not very often but it can happen). While we also try our absolute best to make sure all sizes are as accurate as possible sometimes products can occasionally be a couple of cm out. Due to the nature of manufacturing our products it is difficult to get everything 100% and there can be very minor differences between sizes of products but this is what makes our customised products one of a kind. There should not be any big size differences but a couple of cm difference can occasionally happen on a hammock / webbing.
Like everyone else we are human and we are not 100% perfect though we do try our very best.
As most of our products are customised we make almost all of our products to order. We will endeavour to provide you with an accurate estimated production time. However if any complications do arise on our side such as availability from our material suppliers, then we will contact you as soon as possible with a new estimate.
Any products that are listed as in stock but in actual reality are not in stock again you will be contacted with a new estimate of availability or refunded as necessary.
Payment is processed via PayPal, (the world’s largest online payment processor). We do not store or have any access to bank card details (these are processed very securely and never stored). The price you see on the checkout page once you’ve selected your country is the final price you pay and includes shipping.
